Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Braga. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving the growth of our company through effective sales strategies and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to maintain existing business and acquire new business
- Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
- Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving overall company goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current market trends in the industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with international clients (preferred)
Location: Braga, Portugal (with free visa and ticket)
Salary: $1400 per month
