Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in the United States. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for developing and designing industrial buildings and structures, such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs
- Create detailed blueprints, 3D models, and construction documents using specialized software
- Select appropriate materials and construction techniques for each project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee construction progress to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly
- Communicate with contractors and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution of the design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional license or certification in Architecture
- Experience working on large-scale industrial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
