Industrial Architect

We are in need of an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team and help us design and construct industrial buildings and structures. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of industrial processes, materials, and equipment, as well as excellent design and project management skills. This position is based in the US and offers a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, and other related structures
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of designs
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they meet safety standards, budget constraints, and client expectations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Research new materials, technologies, and building methods to improve designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial architecture design
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes, equipment, materials, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Professional licensure in architecture
- Experience working with clients in the industrial sector
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
