Position: Mason Foreman
Salary: 1600$ per month
Location: Hawalli, Kuwait

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Foreman to join our team in Hawalli. As the Mason Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons, as well as performing masonry duties yourself.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on various construction projects
- Ensure that all masonry work is completed according to project specifications and within designated timeframes
- Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment needed for masonry work
- Perform regular quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise during masonry work
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of different types of brick, stone, and other materials used in masonry work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in masonry preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Must be willing to work full-time including weekends when necessary
