Mason Supervisor


As a Mason Supervisor, you will lead a team of masons to complete construction projects in the city of Hawalli. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating the work of masons, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and managing project timelines and budgets. This role requires prior experience in masonry and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons to complete construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors and other tradespeople to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with specifications
- Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and material inventory
- Maintain a safe work environment for all workers
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason or similar role
- Knowledge of various masonry materials, tools, and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Good communication skills in order to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
