We are actively seeking a skilled and reliable Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery in our factory. This includes ensuring that all machines are running efficiently, performing quality control checks, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience as a machine operator. Experience with operating specific machinery used in our factory is preferred. The ideal candidate will also possess strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. We are open to candidates of any nationality but prefer Filipinos or Kenyans who speak fluent English. No prior experience is necessary as we provide on-the-job training. We also offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for selected candidates.
