Junior Back-End Developer - Faisalabad, Pakistan

As a Junior Back-End Developer at our growing tech startup in Faisalabad, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing efficient code, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing application performance. This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong understanding of back-end development languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL or MongoDB)
- Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop server-side code for web applications
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize application performance by implementing efficient code and database queries
- Create and maintain documentation for back-end processes and APIs
