IT Support Specialist


We are hiring a knowledgeable and enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join our team in Esbjerg. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, maintaining system security, and assisting with system upgrades.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to computer systems and software
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Maintain system security by implementing appropriate measures
- Assist with system upgrades and updates
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Train users on new technology or software as needed
- Document all technical processes and procedures for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience with network administration is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Esbjerg, Denmark (remote work options may be available)

Contract Type:
Full-time contract position (40 hours per week)
