Project Manager

We are a growing company in Porto looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from conception to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet all requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Allocate resources and monitor progress
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Communicate with stakeholders about project status and updates
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Asana
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
