Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Porto. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects from conception to completion. Your main duties will include developing project plans, defining project scope, allocating resources, and managing timelines and budgets.

To excel in this role, you must have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients. You should also have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a proactive approach to managing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and define project scope
- Allocate resources and manage timelines and budgets
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
- Track project progress and report on key metrics
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Conduct regular team meetings to update progress and address any issues
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus

Salary: 1600$ per month
