We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Randers, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic planning and developing relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations to stay competitive
- Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports
- Train, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of achieving goals
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of revenue management principles
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing or related field preferred
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
