Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Randers. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. You will also be in charge of managing the sales team and ensuring they meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain current ones
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners
- Manage the sales team by setting targets, providing training and support, and conducting performance evaluations
- Develop pricing strategies for different seasons and events to maximize revenue
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Biometric passport for international travel
