Merchandiser for Bayan, Kuwait (English Speaking)


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing visual merchandising strategies to attract customers and drive sales. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in creating eye-catching displays that showcase our products and brand.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies according to company guidelines
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products and brand image
- Collaborate with the buying team to select the best products for displays
- Monitor inventory levels and restock displays as needed
- Ensure that all displays are up-to-date with current promotions and product information
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency in merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Attend trade shows and industry events to gather inspiration and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or retail sales
- Proficient in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1000 per month
Location: Bayan, Kuwait
