Truck Driver


We are seeking a reliable and experienced truck driver to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across the city and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
- Operate company-owned or leased trucks to facilitate the delivery of goods
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement
- Plan and follow designated routes for timely delivery of goods
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Communicate with dispatchers and other drivers to coordinate deliveries
- Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs, mileage sheets, and timecards
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck at all times

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- Clean driving record with no accidents or violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Physically fit to load/unload cargo and operate heavy machinery
- Familiarity with GPS devices, maps, and route planning tools
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends or nights if necessary
