Architectural Designer

We are currently hiring for an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans and drawings for residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and needs, and collaborate with our team to bring those visions to life.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop initial design concepts for projects based on client needs
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible
- Research building codes and zoning regulations for each project
- Make necessary revisions based on client feedback
- Ensure all designs meet safety standards
