Architectural Technologist - Part Time

We are a leading architecture firm in Lahore, seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team part-time. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and models for various architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to understand project requirements and ensure accuracy of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements for drafting
- Continuously improve and update technical knowledge to stay current with industry standards and advancements
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Communicate with clients to clarify project details and address any concerns or questions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Ability to work part-time (20 hours per week) with flexible schedule

This role offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting architectural projects.
