Office Clerk - Full Time (Indian Nationals)
We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Medina. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
- Maintain accurate records and files both electronically and physically
- Enter data into databases or spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and tracking expenses
- Schedule appointments and arrange meetings for staff members as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other team members in a professional manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential for this role
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
