International Sales Manager


We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to join our growing team in Vilnius. As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales in foreign markets, managing client relationships, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in foreign markets
- Identify potential new clients and establish strong relationships with existing ones
- Conduct market research to understand the needs of different regions and adapt sales tactics accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials targeting international markets
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed to stay ahead of the competition
- Manage a team of sales representatives in different regions, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Travel internationally for business meetings, trade shows, and conferences as required

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in international sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1100$ per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius. Candidates must have valid work authorization in Lithuania.
