Job Title: Commercial Architect



We are a dynamic Architectural firm located in the bustling city of Esbjerg, seeking an experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for the design and development of various commercial projects, ranging from office buildings to retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop design proposals
- Create detailed architectural plans, including layouts, specifications, and materials selection
- Oversee the construction process and ensure that designs are executed accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and provide guidance to contractors and builders
- Stay updated on latest industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Esbjerg, Denmark (candidates with EU citizenship preferred)
