Business Coach

Our growing company in Al-Khor is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Coach to join our team. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our clients, helping them achieve their business goals and improve their performance. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct coaching sessions with clients to identify areas for improvement
- Develop customized coaching plans based on individual client needs
- Provide feedback and recommendations to clients on how to reach their business objectives
- Assist clients in implementing strategies for growth and success
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new coaching programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proven experience as a business coach or consultant preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English is required, additional language proficiency is a plus

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1600$. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport and be willing to relocate to Al-Khor, preferably from Egypt or other foreign countries. Prior coaching experience is not necessary, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
