Business Coach


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations and strategies, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and guidance to business owners and executives to help them achieve their goals
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop customized solutions to address specific challenges faced by clients
- Conduct training sessions on various business topics such as marketing, finance, and management
- Monitor progress of clients and provide ongoing support and feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business coaching

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership or consulting role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong understanding of different business functions such as marketing, finance, operations, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in order to effectively coach clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Fluent English required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
(preferably Hindi)
- Biometric passport required for international travel
