Administrative Clerk

The administrative clerk will be responsible for providing support to the office team in Dukhan. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in English. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct department
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies when necessary
- Organizing and scheduling appointments for employees
- Creating and maintaining filing systems for documents and reports
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or training is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative clerk or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
