Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure network security by implementing appropriate protocols and firewalls
- Maintain backups of all critical system data
- Provide technical support to employees for network and computer system issues
- Upgrade systems as needed to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with LAN/WAN networks
- Ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong communication skills in English
