Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure maximum profitability
- Plan and attend sales events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotel
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure they meet their targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of market trends
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary: $1400 per month
