We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Las Vegas. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our network and computer systems, ensuring their smooth operation and security. Your role will be vital in keeping our organization connected and productive.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Maintain network security, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and intrusion detection systems
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for computer systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place
- Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure efficient operation of all systems
- Keep up-to-date with new technology developments to improve system efficiency

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in network administration or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with network security tools such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Las Vegas (accommodation not provided)
