Welder - Contract Position in Oslo


We are hiring a skilled Welder for a contract position in Oslo, Norway. As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining metal parts using various welding techniques and ensuring the quality and integrity of the welds. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per week and includes free visa and ticket to Oslo.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other specifications to determine welding requirements
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques based on the materials being used
- Weld metal components together using various methods such as MIG, TIG, or stick welding
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Operate cutting equipment to trim, drill or shape metal pieces as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Familiarity with various types of metal including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid work permit for Norway (free visa will be provided)
