Moderator for African Women's Empowerment Program in Jerusalem

Our organization is seeking a passionate and experienced Moderator to lead our African Women's Empowerment Program in Jerusalem. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for facilitating group discussions and activities that promote the empowerment and development of African women living in Jerusalem. This includes creating a safe and inclusive space for women to share their experiences, providing support and guidance, and organizing educational workshops and events.

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of issues facing African women in Jerusalem
- Experience in group facilitation or community work
- Sensitivity and cultural competence when working with diverse groups
- Fluency in at least one African language preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with public speaking and leading group discussions

Salary: $1500 per month, with accommodation provided.
