Dismantler Supervisor



A reputable auto salvage company in Porto is seeking a skilled and experienced Dismantler Supervisor to join our team. As the Dismantler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the dismantling process of vehicles for parts and materials. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the dismantling process of vehicles.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to safety standards and company policies.
- Train and mentor new dismantlers on proper techniques and procedures.
- Inspect parts for quality control and ensure they are properly labeled and stored.
- Identify any potential issues or obstacles in the dismantling process and address them promptly.
- Maintain inventory levels of parts and materials, ordering replacements when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dismantler or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of vehicle components.
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Porto.
