Merchandiser - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$. This job is suitable for Indians with own visa, but no English proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective merchandising strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the timely delivery of merchandise to stores.
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and competitors' activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or discontinuation of products.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and promotional deals.
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and drive sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry.
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and product placement techniques.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
