Job Title: Loader Supervisor



We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading of goods at our warehouse in Vianden. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Loader and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Loaders to ensure efficient and timely loading and unloading of goods from trucks and containers
- Train new Loaders on proper loading techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing goods
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Communicate with warehouse managers to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing safety regulations and proper storage procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse operations is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Loader, preferably in a supervisory role
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for long periods of time
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Biometric passport required for security clearance purposes

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Vianden. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Luxembourg.
