Sales Manager - Hotel (Multan, Pakistan)



As a Sales Manager for our hotel in Multan, Pakistan, you will be responsible for driving and maximizing hotel revenue through proactive sales activities. You will use your strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential clients. Your goal is to increase sales and promote the hotel's services and amenities to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and plans to attract new business and retain existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide customized proposals based on their needs
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients while ensuring profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Front Office, Food & Beverage to ensure a smooth client experience
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports highlighting achievements and areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with diverse clientele from different cultures and backgrounds
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the hospitality industry
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience using CRM software is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month without accommodation. This is an urgent job opportunity so candidates must possess their own visa for employment in Pakistan.
