Sales Manager - USA


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the USA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for our company. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, training and mentoring sales staff, overseeing the sales process, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry. You must also have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
