Job Title: Barista - Filipino (Without Accommodation, Visa Sponsorship)


A reputable coffee shop in Sharjah is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers.

Requirements:
- Must be a Filipino national
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work without accommodation and have valid visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to the customer's preferences
- Ensure the quality of the drinks meets our standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee shop at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Keep track of inventory for supplies such as coffee beans, syrups, and milk
- Educate customers about our products and make recommendations based on their preferences
