We are urgently hiring a skilled Barista to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to their preferences
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment with precision and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Keep track of inventory and place orders for supplies when needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Upsell additional products or food items to customers
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, coffee blends, and latte art techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Good time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in beverage preparation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Biometric passport for easy travel in/out of the country
