Sales Manager for English Speaking Markets in Sharjah, UAE


We are a leading company in Sharjah, UAE looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the English speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target the English speaking markets in Sharjah
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals with potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service to maintain long-term partnerships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Sales Manager in the English speaking markets is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the English speaking markets
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. As this role involves targeting English speaking markets, proficiency in English is required. Accommodation will not be provided.
