Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects in Bayan. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to the highest standards. Your duties will include creating project plans, obtaining necessary permits, managing budgets and schedules, supervising construction activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in construction management or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in construction project management. You should have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams. Experience with budgeting software and project management tools is also required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. We welcome applications from Nepali or Kenyan candidates who are fluent in English. Part-time opportunities may also be available for those without experience but with a willingness to learn. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.
