Florist - Arrangement Specialist

As a Florist - Arrangement Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions and events. You will use your creativity and knowledge of different types of flowers and plants to create unique and eye-catching displays. Your role will involve meeting with clients to discuss their preferences and needs, sourcing high-quality flowers from suppliers, arranging and styling the flowers, as well as maintaining the shop's inventory.

In addition to your artistic skills, you will also need to have excellent customer service skills in order to provide exceptional service to clients. This may include providing recommendations for suitable arrangements, offering advice on flower care and maintenance, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. You may also be required to assist with other tasks in the shop such as processing payments, maintaining a clean work area, and answering phone calls.

The ideal candidate for this role should have previous experience working as a florist or in a similar creative field. A strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care is essential. Additionally, you should have excellent attention to detail and be able to work efficiently under pressure. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month as well as opportunities for growth within the company. The role is based in Vilnius but welcomes candidates from all nationalities.
