We are seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to produce precision metal components. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints, sketches, or specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses, and other metalworking machines
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished product
- Inspect finished workpiece for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of machine tools and metalworking processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy machinery
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
