Part-time Painter


We are looking for a skilled Part-time Painter to join our team in Shan. As a Part-time Painter, you will be responsible for completing various painting projects on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in both interior and exterior painting, and be able to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, filling cracks and holes
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or spray equipment
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and timelines

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in painting (both interior and exterior)
- Proficient in mixing colors to achieve desired shades
- Familiarity with different types of paints, finishes and techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and good time management skills
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to painting

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Shan and preference will be given to Indian candidates.
