Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks and processes in the office
- Maintain records and databases, including employee information, financial data, and client information
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Manage correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and employees
- Schedule meetings and appointments for senior management
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with budget planning and tracking expenses
- Handle general office errands such as mail distribution and coordination of travel arrangements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1300$
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Candidates of any nationality are welcome)
