We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our fast-paced and dynamic organization in Vianden. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Develop project plans, assign tasks to team members, and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within tight deadlines
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Indian nationals with valid visa preferred
