IT Support Specialist


We are a leading IT company based in Jerusalem, seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Perform regular maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Train clients on how to use new technologies or software programs
- Keep track of all support requests and maintain accurate records for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jerusalem (open to candidates from all nationalities)
