Technical Support Specialist

We are a leading technology company based in Jerusalem, seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to our clients, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth functioning of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Update and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working in a technical support role
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience working with Indian clients
- Willingness to relocate to Jerusalem

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Jerusalem (accommodation can be provided if needed)
