Preservation Architect

Our architectural firm in the city of Mauren is seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architecture, history, and preservation techniques. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in preservation architecture. We welcome candidates of all nationalities and backgrounds to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historical buildings to determine necessary restoration or preservation measures
- Developing detailed restoration plans and presenting them to clients
- Collaborating with construction teams to ensure proper execution of restoration plans
- Researching and staying updated on preservation techniques and regulations
- Communicating with clients regularly to provide progress updates and address any concerns or questions
- Overseeing the budget for restoration projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of historical architecture styles and preservation methods
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to preservation projects
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
