Preservation Architect (Indian Nationals)


We are currently seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Mauren, working on projects that require expertise in preserving historical buildings and landmarks. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for developing plans and strategies for the restoration, renovation, and conservation of architectural heritage sites.

You should have a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques, as well as proven experience in historic preservation projects. Your attention to detail and ability to work with diverse stakeholders will be essential in successfully carrying out restoration projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and landmarks
- Develop comprehensive plans for the restoration, renovation, or conservation of these sites
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and success
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Oversee the implementation of preservation plans, ensuring adherence to design specifications and budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in preservation architecture or historic preservation projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural history and styles
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to historic preservation
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
