A reputable architecture firm in Faisalabad is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience working on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design preferences
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Faisalabad
- Proficient in using CAD software for design purposes
- Experience managing large-scale commercial projects from concept to completion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract position. Our office is located in Faisalabad, but remote work may be possible for the right candidate. We do require candidates to have a biometric passport for travel purposes.
