Executive Chef
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant located in the charming city of La-Condamine. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu creation and food preparation to managing staff and ensuring a smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain an innovative and high-quality menu that meets the needs and preferences of our guests
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain freshness and cost efficiency
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and consistent quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop new concepts, promotions, and special events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- Knowledge of various international cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to create unique dishes while also maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
- Passion for culinary arts with a creative flair
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: 1700$ per month
City: La-Condamine, Monaco (Preference for French or French-speaking candidates)
