Sous Chef
As a Sous Chef at our prestigious restaurant in La-Condamine, you will play a crucial role in the success of our culinary team. We are seeking a talented and experienced chef who is passionate about creating exceptional dishes and leading a team to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and development
- Overseeing food preparation and ensuring high quality standards are consistently met
- Training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment
- Maintaining proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or higher position in a fine dining restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food quality standards
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
