Indian Restaurant Manager in Jeddah



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jeddah. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the hospitality industry and has a strong understanding of Indian cuisine and culture. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant, including front-of-house, kitchen, and bar
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of service and efficiency
- Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and manage orders to meet budgetary requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, striving for customer satisfaction
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Create marketing strategies to attract customers through social media, promotions, or other means
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet financial goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently living in Jeddah with valid visa sponsorship
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, culture, and dining etiquette
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Proven track record of maintaining financial targets
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
