Restaurant Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant located in Jeddah. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other team members.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing any customer complaints or concerns.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain brand standards.
- Create weekly schedules for staff and manage labor costs effectively.
- Oversee inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in budgeting and cost control is preferred.

Salary: 1100$ per month

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided by the company.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English is not required but considered an asset.

Experience Required: Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is required.
